Ailbhe is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified, holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, specialising in Human Resource Management from Atlantic Technological University, Sligo, and a Diploma in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy. She is currently pursuing a diploma in Mediation through Ibec and the Mediators Institute of Ireland.

She is a HR professional with 12 years’ Recruitment and Human Resources experience across several industries internationally and in Ireland, including mining, oil and gas, technological, financial services, medical devices, agribusiness business and consumer foods.

Ailbhe recognises the need for small and medium sized companies in the Northwest of Ireland, and further afield, to have timely access to HR support without incurring the cost of a full time HR resource. Her goal is to build trusted relationships with both management and staff, to provide thorough guidance and advice and to give senior leadership teams time back to focus on the overall business strategy.
